The Fund seeks to outperform the Russell 2000® Growth Index in a risk-controlled manner. The TimesSquare portfolio management team uses a bottom-up, fundamental research-intensive approach to identify small cap growth stocks that it believes have the greatest potential to achieve significant price appreciation over a 12- to 18-month horizon. The Fund typically invests in companies within the market cap range of the Russell 2000® Index at time of purchase.
