The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission issued an order (the “Order”) on March 25, 2020 (Release No. IC-33824) granting, among other things, registered management investment companies relief from (i) the requirement to transmit their annual reports to shareholders within 60 days after the close of the fiscal year end and (ii) the requirement to file their annual reports on Form N-CEN within 75 days after the close of the fiscal year end, if the funds are unable to prepare or transmit the reports or meet the filing deadline due to circumstances related to current or potential effects of COVID-19. AMG Pantheon Fund, LLC and AMG Pantheon Master Fund, LLC (the “Funds”) are relying on the Order with respect to their annual reports to shareholders and annual Form N-CEN reports for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020. The Funds will transmit their annual reports to shareholders as soon as practicable, but not later than 45 days after the original May 30, 2020 due date, and will file their annual Form N-CEN reports as soon as practicable, but not later than 45 days after the original June 14, 2020 due date.
