Our Approach

Value Partners looks for high dividend stocks using the following approach:

  • Businesses with the ability to pay: Strong cash flow from operations reflects a higher quality of earnings and a more robust business
  • Businesses with the willingness to pay dividends: Management’s incentives are aligned with investors to return profitability to shareholder in the form of dividends
  • Businesses with stable earnings: The company has a more predictable level of profitability and moderate level of gearing
  • Businesses that don’t pay too much: The company has an ability to further increase dividend payout in the future
